Goal:
Create new website, with the possibility of turning it into webshop, for the café-restaurant "Græsk Smag".

Time frame:
Two years (part-time)

Result:
A more functional and fast website which drives more traffic and phone orders.

Roles and responsibilities:

1) User Experience (UX) designer:

  • Formulated and implemented the UX strategy; identified Business goals and aligned them with user requirements.

  • Conducted competitive research.

  • Created the customer journey map.

2) User Interface (UI) co-designer:

  • Applied changes using CSS for UI improvement and mobile responsiveness.

  • Suggested and/or changed the layout of landing pages.

3) SEO content writer and Proofreader:

  • Conducted keyword research and optimization of the previous terminology.

  • Checked and corrected errors in the textual web content.

4) Usability tester:

  • Tested browsers' and devices' compatibility and speed performance.
